Academic Reports and Documentation
If any intern requires official information about the internship organization for inclusion in their academic reports, college diaries, or project documentation, they are encouraged to reach out to our dedicated student helpline. Our support team will be happy to provide the necessary details and guidance to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation as per institutional requirements. This facility is part of our ongoing commitment to assist students throughout their academic journey.
To facilitate the official documentation process for the Internship Progress Report, a nominal fee of ₹99 is applicable. This fee covers administrative expenses related to maintaining physical and digital records, processing paperwork, and issuing company-stamped documents. The amount is intended solely to support operational efforts and ensure the authenticity and formal acceptance of the progress report within academic institutions or other relevant bodies. Students who require the Internship Progress Report for academic submission, evaluation, or institutional records are requested to make this payment prior to the issuance of the document. Details regarding the payment method and report request procedure will be communicated through the official channels.
Refer & Earn
The Refer and Earn bonus is applicable only after the referred candidate successfully enrolls in an internship program offered by Codec Technologies. The reward will be processed only after the referrer submits the official referral claim form with complete and correct details. This benefit is available only to students who have an active LMS account on the Codec Technologies website at the time of verification. The referral amount will be credited to the referrer’s bank account or UPI ID after successful verification. The credit process may take a minimum of 7 working days and up to a maximum of 10 working days. Codec Technologies reserves the right to verify, approve, or reject any referral claim in case of incorrect information, duplicate entries, or misuse of the program.
Miscellaneous
All participants enrolled in an internship program through Codec Technologies are granted lifetime access to the learning materials and placement assistance resources provided during the program. However, participants are permitted to generate and download their internship certificate only once upon successful completion of all mandatory project requirements and evaluations. Codec Technologies shall not be obligated to reissue certificates or provide additional certification downloads beyond the initial issuance. Lifetime access applies exclusively to educational content and placement-related support, and does not extend to repeated certificate issuance or administrative privileges.
If students have any queries or face challenges during the course of their internship, Codec Technologies provides a dedicated student helpline facility to ensure prompt support, effective doubt resolution, and reliable management of internship-related concerns. This service is designed to assist interns throughout their learning journey and to maintain a smooth and supportive internship experience.
All internship programs facilitated through Codec Technologies are inherently structured as self-directed learning engagements, wherein participants are independently accountable for overseeing the progression of their own educational journey. This includes, but is not limited to, the initiation and completion of all academic or technical tasks, fulfillment of learning objectives, and adherence to project-specific deliverables as prescribed within the scope of the respective internship module. Successful completion of the assigned project deliverable is mandatory, and shall constitute a fundamental requirement for qualification toward issuance of any certification, acknowledgment of participation, or further engagement within the Codec Technologies ecosystem.
The free internship kit shall be delivered exclusively through our authorized logistics partner, E-com Express. Participants are hereby informed that Codec Technologies does not levy any charges whatsoever for courier, printing, or packaging associated with the distribution of the free internship kit. All costs incurred in connection with the preparation and dispatch of the kit are borne solely by Codec Technologies as part of its goodwill initiative.
Codec Technologies is pleased to offer internship opportunities in both online and offline formats. However, the free internship kit is exclusively available to students who choose to attend the internship in offline mode at our designated centers. We would like to clarify that Codec Technologies does not charge any fees for participating in the offline internship program, attending offline training sessions, or receiving the complimentary free internship kit offer. Our programs are offered purely for educational and skill-development purposes, with the aim of providing students a valuable learning experience. Students who are interested in joining the offline internship program are required to submit their updated resume via email to support@codectechnologies.in for application and further processing. Applications will be reviewed by our team, and eligible candidates will be contacted accordingly. While Codec Technologies provides structured training and hands-on project experience during the offline internship, it does not offer or facilitate any accommodation, travel, or housing arrangements. All offline participants are expected to make their own arrangements for staying and commuting during the internship period. Upon successful completion of the offline internship program, students will be eligible to receive the free internship kit and associated materials. Distribution of the kit will take place within 7 to 10 working days following the official end date of the offline internship. To claim the kit, students must complete the Internship Kit Request Form, which will be made available through the official Codec Technologies website. We welcome all enthusiastic learners to be part of our offline internship initiatives and benefit from a practical, industry-relevant training experience.
Eligibility for AICTE internship credits is strictly subject to the academic policies of the participant’s respective university or institute. In order to claim such credits, the student’s academic curriculum must explicitly include a mandatory internship requirement within the relevant semester as per institutional or university guidelines. Codec Technologies does not guarantee the granting of AICTE internship credits and shall not be held responsible for any academic recognition, approval, or denial of credits by any educational body or authority. Participants are advised to consult their academic coordinators or institutional authorities before seeking credit validation.

Furthermore, Codec Technologies shall not bear any responsibility for academic recognition, credit disputes, or institutional approvals between the participant and any university, college, or third-party organization. Participants understand that misuse of the platform, misrepresentation of participation, or failure to comply with the stated Terms & Conditions may result in immediate termination of access without refund or future support. By proceeding with enrollment, the participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Codec Technologies, along with its founders, team members, affiliates, and representatives, from any and all legal claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or costs—including legal fees—that may arise in connection with their participation in the program or any violation of these Terms.
